Shipping & Returns

Returning an Item

You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return an item. After this time, all sales are considered final.

Qualifying for a Return

·         Returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

·         All paperwork, parts, and accessories must be included to ensure full credit.

·         Items that are damaged soiled and/or in a used condition with missing parts will not be accepted. Opened items are subject to inspection before it will be considered saleable.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping*, handling, 20% restocking fee, or other charges. Items returned but not in compliance with this return policy may be returned to you at your expense. reserves the right to repair or replace and/or refund the cost of the item(s) covered by the product’s warranty and return policy at our discretion. Please allow up to 4 weeks for completion. For more specific concerns, please refer to your product’s warranty and return policy.

Customers need to apply for a Return to Manufacturer Authorization number (RMA #) for product warranties.  If a product is sent to us without RMA# will not be processed. The RMA# is active for 30 business days from the date issued. If the item is not shipped within the 30 days, that number will be voided and you will need to apply for a new number.

* will deduct the actual shipping and handling costs from any return that originally received Free Shipping.

Exchanging an Item

You have 30 days from the date of shipment to exchange an item.

To exchange an item quickly, email us at service@BatteryHeatedClothing.comso that we can issue you an RMA #.    Any price differences of the exchanged item(s) will be charged or credited to the original method of payment.  You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to our warehouse and back to you.

All items that you are returning for exchange are subject to the same criteria as the above Return Policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare chance that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately by calling us at (503)708-2214. Supply your order number and item code which you can find in your original confirmation email. Please provide your email address and phone number and we will do everything we can to replace the item at the soonest time possible.

If the damage to your shipment is extensive, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at (503)766-4119. Please have your order number ready when you call.

Replacement Terms

It is our policy to only send a replacement for your identified, credited, and processed returned items. Please review our RMA procedure for more clarifications.

In the event that we send you a replacement, please return the damaged or defective item within 15 days to avoid being charged for both the replacement and the original. In addition, please take note that we can only replace the exact item and version that you ordered.


You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product minus a 20% restocking fee on returned items.

Product Warranties

·         Batteries are covered with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

·         Heating elements are covered for a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

·         12V Heated PowerSports Gear is covered with a 1-year warranty on heating elements from the date of purchase.

·         Parts (chargers, temperature controllers, cables, etc.) are covered for a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

International customers need to pay for shipping costs both ways. Both incoming to us for inspection as well as the return shipping to the customer. We will honor the warranty for international customers, but will not cover the cost of shipping.

Changing Your Order

After you have viewed your invoice, your order begins to be processed within 24 hours. To change or cancel your order before shipment, please email or call (503)766-4119. Please keep in mind that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within just minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we regret to inform you that changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

If you wish to change your ordered items at this point, you have to go through our RMA procedure to facilitate the exchange.

Orders canceled or refused after they have been shipped will be treated as a return.

You, as the customer, are responsible for all shipping charges on refused orders, with the exception of damaged merchandise. This includes both the outbound and return shipping charges.


Occasionally, orders are canceled by our system for different reasons including:

·         Item(s) not available

·         Cannot ship to address provided

·         Difficulty in processing your own payment information

·         Order duplication

·         Canceled due to a customer request

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please email us at for recommendations.
